Description: 

The Golden Ears Forcemain River Crossing Project involves complex construction primarily related to site access, geotechnical conditions, trenchless and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) construction, in close proximity to highway infrastructure. The project site is located in an environmentally sensitive area, with known archaeological sites in close proximity.

Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 20-102 – Construction of the Golden Ears Forcemain and River Crossing. The three (3) pre-qualified contractors (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):
