The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for replacement of the existing dipping pipe and associated components, including Manhole2, situated between Manhole number 2 and Manhole number 3 within the New Westminster Interceptor sanitary sewer system in the City of New Westminster. The site is in a high traffic route that need major traffic management requirements.
