The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in the design, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, testing, supply and delivery of a plunger valve with actuator for the CERF Break Head Tank Bypass Improvement Project. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to (3), three number of Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal for Supply and Delivery of Plunger Valve for Cerf Break Head Tan Bypass Improvements; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents.

While it is anticipated that this RFQ may lead to a Tender or Request for Proposal, the Corporation reserves the unfettered right to determine the next steps in the process, which may include negotiation with the front-runner(s), issuing a Tender or Request for Proposal to the short-listed Respondents only, issuing a Tender or Request for Proposal to more than the intended number of short-listed Respondents, collapsing this process entirely or pursuing a different selection process altogether.
