To provide Intergovernmental Relations Consulting Services to the Corporation on an “if, as and when required” basis as described herein for a three (3) year period. The Corporation will be expanding its need for intergovernmental relations consulting services, as it is responsible for reaching out and engaging other levels of government and their agencies to build a common understanding of regional priorities and secure political support and funding for key regional programs, initiatives and capital projects. |
