The Corporation is seeking District Heating and Reclaimed Water Feasibility Consulting Services for the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) Projects. Services will include analyzing feasibility for heat recovery (i.e., district heating) and reclaimed water usage from IIWWTP influent and effluent. The successful Proponent will perform market, financial, technical feasibility, and risk assessments; develop business cases, conceptual designs, implementation plans, and AACEI Class 4 Cost Estimates; and summarize the results of the study in a Final Report. The successful Proponent is expected to work closely with the Corporation, the Musqueam Indian Band, the City of Richmond, the City of Vancouver, and other major landowners/developers in proximity to the IIWWTP and the proposed effluent/influent loops during this study. |
