The Corporation is looking to design and implement a monitoring and sampling plan to identify and analyze the sources and magnitudes of fugitive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions at our Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services (the “Services”) on an as and when requested basisin connection with various capital and operating projects planned to be undertaken by the Corporation. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter one or more master agreement(s) (each an “Agreement”) with one or more successful Proponent(s) (each a “Consultant”), under which the parties may enter separate contracts (each a “Project Contract”) from time to time for Services on specific projects.
