The work includes the preliminary design, detailed design, construction consulting engineering services and commissioning (the “Services”) of the Coquitlam Main No. 4 – Tunnel Section (the “Project”) as detailed in Section 00100 – Scope of Services.
Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 20-100 – Consulting Engineering Services for Coquitlam Main No. 4 - South Section - Tunnel. The four (4) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):
