The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the “Respondents”) interested in construction of park amenities within the Dorman Point Regional Park. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to (6), six Respondents to participate in a Tender (the “ITT” or “Tender”) or Request for Proposal (The “RFP” or “Request for Proposal”) for the construction of a variety of public amenities including, but not being limited to a, weather shelter, viewing platform, custom benches, staircases and wooden fence; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents.
