Provide consulting engineering and related services as required to complete the design for the improvements to the CWTP carbon dioxide system. The main anticipated consulting engineering services include:

• Detailed Design – including project management, geotechnical, architectural, civil, structural, process, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical, instrumentation and control (EIC) design services; prepare drawings, specifications and provide technical support for subsequent RFQ/RFP and tender packages for pre-purchase vendor(s) and construction contractor(s)
• Construction Support Service – including permit support and coordination with various external agencies, contract administration, management, inspections and technical support services during construction, ensure smooth integration into the existing CWTP civil, process, electrical, and instrumentation systems without service interruption. Assist in the completion of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, organizing training for MV personnel for equipment installed, Lead the testing and commissioning process to ensure the carbon dioxide system will meet the specification requirements.
• Post-Construction Services - completion of record drawings, preparation of lessons learned and other project close out documents.
