The work includes the provision of consulting engineering services for the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Construction and Post Construction phases for Metro Vancouver’s Water Meter Upgrade Program (WUMP) #3. The Corporation’s intent is for the selected Consultant (Successful Proponent) to complete the group of thirteen (13) project locations identified in this RFP. The Corporation reserves the right to change the priority and scope of the work of each project and program as required. Proposals will only be considered from those prospective consultants advanced following Request for Qualifications, RFQ No. 22-017– Consulting Engineering Services for the Water Meter Upgrade Program (WUMP) #3.
