The work includes the construction, handover and acceptance of the new Heather Place Building B, located at 788 West 13th Avenue in Vancouver, BC. This new multi-family residential building will include 6 floors of residential space, with a total of 87 new units. Building B will be a part of three (3) total buildings in the area, and located to the north of building A, completed previously. Building B will be 6 total floors, fully wood frame building. There is also a ground level greenhouse area, urban agricultural areas, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and one level underground parking area. |
