The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of transportation services from fully qualified service providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for watershed tours at the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve (LSCR), and in the Capilano and Coquitlam Watersheds. The successful Proponent will furnish all labour, vehicles and any other requirements in order to provide the transportation service. The Contract will be for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year period upon mutual agreement. The majority of services are required from approximately April 1 to November 1, annually.
