The Corporation is seeking engineering/architectural services for: review & investigation, design, permitting, tendering and construction services requirements as detailed in Section 00 24 10 – Scope of Services (the “Services”) on an as and when requested basis.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter one or more master agreement(s) (each an “Agreement”) with one or more successful Proponent(s) (each a “Consultant”), under which the parties may enter separate contracts (each a “Project Contract”) from time to time for Services on specific projects.
