The intent of this RFSO is to retain the services of a qualified contractor to perform utility locates and inspection services for the Corporation’s chambers that will include inspection without entering confined spaces, recording and reporting the conditions of the chambers, dewatering chambers when required, and obtaining all associated permits for the work. |
