The work includes consulting services: a) identifying sanitary and/or stormwater indicators to determine the ratio between sanitary wastewater volume and stormwater volume in the combined sewer overflows; b)assessing environmental benefit associated with historical sewer separation and to track/measure the change in receiving environment health with ongoing sewer separation, and c) and assessing the impacts of increased stormwater discharges to the receiving environment resulting from sewer separation as detailed in Section 00100 herein. |
