The Corporation is seeking consulting and advisory services for housing-planning strategic initiatives (the “Services”) on an as and when requested basis. The Services are broken into three components: (a) housing planning and policy (“Scope A Services”); (b) regional planning and land use policy (“Scope B Services”); and (c) housing data and analytics (“Scope C Services”) all as further described in Section 00100 – Scope of Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the Corporation to enter one or more master agreement(s) (each an “Agreement”) with one or more successful Proponent(s) (each a “Consultant”), under which the parties may enter separate contracts (each a “Project Contract”) from time to time for Services on specific projects. Any Services awarded in each Agreement(s) are at the sole discretion of the Corporation and may include one or more of the Services components as identified above. The Agreement will have a term of five (3) years. |
