The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in Ground Improvements & Utilities Relocation for Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP) Stage 5 Phase 2B Expansion. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to three (3) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal for construction of ground improvement work for new trickling filters and trickling filter pump station, installation of relocated utilities (including two 1,200 foul air lines lines), protection of existing structures and utilities, and conduct a dewatering pumping test to inform the dewatering efforts of the future construction of the trickling filter pump station; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. This is not an invitation to tender or request for proposal. By participating in the RFQ each Respondent expressly agrees that no contract of any kind is formed under, nor any legal obligations whatsoever arise out of this RFQ.
