The work includes the provision of Condition Assessment Services for the Big Bend Forcemain (Lulu and Annacis Island) as detailed in Section 00 24 10 Scope of Service. The services will be delivered under a multi-year, unit rate-based contract with an initial term of five (5) years, with four (4) additional one-year extension terms, which may be exercised in any combination. The with work assigned on an as-required, non-exclusive basis over the term of the Agreement. The Corporation does not guarantee any minimum volume of work, and the actual quantity and timing of assignments will be determined at the Corporation’s sole discretion.
