The Corporation is looking to replace bridges, boardwalks, stairways and a retaining wall at Lynn Headwaters Regional Park (the “Project” and the aforementioned location is referred to herein as the “Site”). 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one Proponent with the necessary experience and expertise to carry out the Project (a selected Proponent is referred to herein as a “Consultant”).

The Project involves engineering design consulting services to assess existing conditions, develop conceptual design options, preliminary design, detailed design, support tender-ready document packages, provide contract administration services during construction, and appropriate field reviews.
