The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in consulting services for the planning, design, and construction of new and existing areas of Iona Beach Regional Park. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to four (4) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal for the scope of work outlined herein; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. The scope of work will encompass park master planning tasks, design of identified park amenities and ecological restoration projects, and construction support services. Planning and design will progress through an integrated design and development process in consultation with rights holders and stakeholders.
