The key objective of this SRFEOI is to identify potential DWTR management solutions that will further develop and/or provide diversification of market opportunities for The Corporation’s DWTR. Solutions that require significant infrastructure or capital investment, will not be considered under this SRFEOI. 

The Corporation places a priority on beneficial use projects that offer: 

• Highest beneficial use of the properties of the DWTR 
• Cost competitiveness 
• Environmental, social and financial long term sustainability 
• Expansion and enhancement of the current beneficial use markets 
• Diversification of the current DWTR program including geographical coverage 
• Flexibility in the ability to receive varying daily, weekly and monthly volumes of DWTR 
• Management of risk (environmental, financial, etc.)
• Ability to accept DWTR during winter months 

From any response received, The Corporation may define its requirements with one or a number of respondents with the possible outcome being negotiation and contracting with the Respondent(s), or may choose an alternate approach as noted in the section titled “intent”.
