Description: 

The work includes the development of a pilot exemption program for Metro Vancouver's Disposal Ban Program, and the implementation and evaluation of the pilot project with a two year duration.  The purpose of the exemption program is to encourage waste haulers to work with waste generators to establish recycling programs that will reduce recyclables in the waste  steam.
