The work includes consulting engineering services for the Highbury Interceptor Relocation Study as detailed in Section 00100 Scope of Services. The scope of services is to provide engineering services for conceptual designs for both (i) the Interim Tie-in connection and (ii) two preferred realignment options for the future replacement of the Highbury Interceptor crossing, selection of the best realignment option, and an integrated recommendation for execution timelines and cashflows. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 22-181 – Consulting Engineering Services to Complete the Highbury Interceptor Relocation Study.
