The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for the Causeway Improvements Construction Services. This contract consists of widening the existing road to provide cycling lanes, constructing a separate greenway path, re-working two intersections at the entrance to the treatment plant and Iona Beach Regional Park, providing a dedicated plant access lane for construction vehicles, and installing new utilities for the support of plant operations and construction activities as detailed in Section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work - Construction. |
