The work includes and involves complex construction installing 2 sewer pipes and a number of risks primarily related to underground construction, close proximity to existing building and structures at 15350 56 Avenue, BC Hydro poles along the south side of Highway 10, and underground utilities adjacent to or crossing the sewer alignment, including the existing South Surrey Interceptor Johnston Road Section (SSJ), as detailed in Section 00100 – Scope of Services all in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and appendices contained in the RFP documents.
