Description: 

The Corporation seeks a consultant to provide predictive
analytics expertise to achieve a deeper understanding of
selected globally competitive, export-oriented industries
in the Metro Vancouver region. Together, REPS and the
consultant will agree upon suitable industry definitions,
identify data sources, and ascertain a minimum viable
dataset. The consultant will prepare the data, select and
build suitable models, and use the models to answer
questions about: capital access, formation, and
syndication; and labour catchment and market dynamics
within the selected industries.
