The provision of professional engineering and related consulting services required to perform project management services (the “Services”) during design and construction of various water main projects for a three (3) year term. The term may be extended for two (2) one (1) year extensions at the Corporation’s absolute discretion and subject to mutual agreement in writing by the successful Proponent and the Corporation. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 19-329 Water Design and Construction Projects - Project Management Services. The five (5) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):
