The work includes concrete topping repair and resurfacing and drainage improvements on the roof top of Little Mountain Reservoir as detailed the specifications and drawings included in this tender package under the terms and conditions herein. Please note: Completion of the construction is expected during the months of June to August. The construction work shall start on June 1, 2021 and end on August 27, 2021. The construction period shall not exceed August 27, 2021 and the entire parking lot shall be handed over to the City of Vancouver at the end of August to be put back in full operation. Tenders will only be considered from those prospective contractors advanced following Request for Qualification, RFQ No. 20-341 for Construction Services for the Kersland Reservoir Unit No. 1 Structural Improvements and Little Mountain Reservoir Roof Upgrade. The four (4) pre-qualified contractors (the “Tenderers”) are (in alphabetical order):
Only these four (4) prospective Tenderers, subject to changes in ownership or business structure which, in the Corporation’s sole and absolute discretion do no impact the qualifications of the Tenderers, are invited to submit a Tender. Please be sure to read the Tender Document in its entirety before submitting your Tender. Purchasing’s hours of business are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note: The contract will not be awarded until approval of the work is received by the Corporation from the City of Vancouver, as represented by its Board of Parks and Recreation. |
