To seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in providing consultant engineering services for the South Surrey interceptor – Delta section Rehabilitation. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to five (5) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal for the consulting engineering services to rehabilitate the South Surrey Interceptor – Delta Section, a 3.05km long twinned sewer; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. While it is anticipated that this RFQ may lead to a Request for Proposal, the Corporation reserves the unfettered right to determine the next steps in the process, which may include negotiation with the front-runner(s), issuing a Request for Proposal to the short-listed Respondents only, issuing a Request for Proposal to more than the intended number of short-listed Respondents, collapsing this process entirely or pursuing a different selection process altogether.
