The work (the “Services”) is for the provision of professional consulting engineering services for the design and construction of the Capilano Energy Recovery Facility (CERF) Breaker Head Tank (BHT) Bypass Improvements Project that consists of replacement of ø900mm PRV valve, inspection and electrical actuation of a butterfly valve, addition of upstream pressure monitoring and updating the CERF BHT Control Philosophy as detailed in Section 00100 Scope of Services, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services and appendices contained herein. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 20-280 – Consulting Engineering Services for Improvements to the Capilano Energy Recovery Facility Break Head Tank Bypass. The two (2) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):
