The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District invites proposals for RFP No. 26-0583 Data-Driven Analysis of CSO Discharges The work includes consulting services to assess historical combined sewer overflow (CSO) characterization and hydraulic datasets to identify long-term trends in CSO composition, discharge quality, and system performance. The study will evaluate potential relationships between observed changes and influencing factors such as infrastructure improvements, operational practices, land use change, population growth, and precipitation variability. The findings will support future monitoring, performance evaluation, and decision-making under the Integrated Liquid Waste and Resource Management Plan (ILWRMP).
