To provide analytical chemistry laboratory services for the characterization of municipal wastewater samples of various quality (e.g. raw wastewater, storm water diluted wastewater, and primary and secondary treated final effluent) and possibly select receiving water samples. Samples will be collected throughout the year and submitted directly from the Corporation or its third party contractor. The laboratory services will involve time-critical analyses of samples for a variety of chemical analytes. Additionally, the provision of sample containers, coolers/ice packs, synoptic laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and specialized reporting that includes a review of all lab QA/QC results for analyses is required. The initial
standing offer agreement shall be for two (2) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year period upon mutual agreement between the Corporation and the successful Respondent(s).
