The Corporation is seeking Qualified Environmental Professionals to conduct a comprehensive program for sampling, assessing and reporting the environmental effects of sewer overflows in the Metro Vancouver region (the “Services”). The successful proponent will provide sewer overflow receiving environment water sampling and assessment services on an as and when requested basis, all as further described in Section 00 24 10 Scope of Services. The purpose of this RFP is for the Corporation to enter into a consulting services agreement (an “Agreement”) with the successful proponent for the Services. The Agreement will have a term of five (5) years. |
