Metro Vancouver Regional Parks is seeking a qualified consultant to complete condition assessments for a variety of buildings in Metro Vancouver Regional Parks. The qualified consultant should include a team that has building science and engineering expertise or equivalent, along with the required building inspection experience, to inspect and update building condition information for approximately 30 buildings per year over the next three (3) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years upon completion of satisfactory work. Work will be assigned on an “as and when required” basis.
