GREATER VANCOUVER WATER DISTRICT (“the Corporation”) invites Expressions of Interest from design consultants interested in consulting engineering services for the design and construction of the Coquitlam Water Filtration Plant, which is part of the Coquitlam Lake Water Supply Project (the “Project”). Services may include revalidation of the indicative design, predesign, detailed design, services during construction, commissioning support, and closeout.
