The work includes preliminary design, detailed design, and construction services as detailed in Section 00 24 10 (Scope of Services).

Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 25-318 – Site and Building Development Prime Consulting Engineering Services for South Fraser Storage Yard. The five (5) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):

  • AECOM Canada ULC
  • Associated Engineering (B.C.) Ltd.
  • CIMA Canada Inc.
  • Omicron Canada Inc.
  • Stantec Consulting Ltd.
