The PMC will be required to provide a team of resources with a variety of management and technical expertise delivering a broad range of program management and technical services. The PMC will be integrated with the Corporation project management team as part of a collaborative Iona Program Management Office (IPMO) working together to oversee the development and implementation of the Program (as defined in Section 00100).Proposals will only be considered from those Proponents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 21-282 – Program Management Consulting Services for Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects. The three (3) pre-qualified consultants (the “Proponents”) are (in alphabetical order):• AECOM Canada Ltd.• CH2M Hill Canada Limited (Jacobs)• Stantec Consulting Ltd. |
