The provision of professional electrical, instrumentation and control (EIC) engineering and related consulting services required to undertake small automation projects commenced over three year period at Water or Sewer Field Utilities or Water Treatment facilities.

It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one or more agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with up to five (5) successful Proponents (“Service Providers”) Service Provider, under which the parties may enter into separate contracts from time to time for Services for specific projects. The term of the Master Agreement is for three years.
