To provide conditions assessments, preliminary design and detailed design for phase 3 of the Delta South Surrey Greenway, from Nordel Way to 72nd Ave (DSSG-3). This area is subject to frequent flooding from the Lower Cougar Creek, adjacent to the service road to maintain the South Surrey Interceptor. This service road also currently acts as a temporary trail and provides access to the Delta Nature Reserve. A flood resilient design for this phase of the greenway is required.
