The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals for the Pre-build of Seymour Mains No.2 and 5 Tie-ins for the Second Narrows Water Supply Tunnel Project.

With reference to the Request for Qualifications No. 23-367 the following seven entities (the “Proponents”) are eligible to submit a Proposal (listed in alphabetical order):

1. B&B Contracting Ltd.;
2. Hall Constructors;
3. JJM Construction Ltd.;
4. Matcon Civil Constructors Inc.;
5. Michels Canada Co.;
6. Oscar Renda Contracting of Canada;
7. Sandpiper Contracting LLP.

Only these seven Proponents, subject to changes to a Proponent as permitted by this RFP, may submit Proposals or otherwise participate in this RFP.
