The work includes the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for the Coquitlam Landfill for a five (5) year term to complete: (1) Annual ground water monitoring & reporting (2) Annual Approval-In-Principle (AIP) reporting (3) Bimonthly collection of leachate samples from the east and west pump stations (4) Settlement monitoring at the new United Boulevard Recycling and Waste Centre including review and reporting (5) Assessment of the perimeter leachate collection system and design for repairs and upgrades.
