The intent of this RFP is to obtain Proposals from qualified firms to provide the Services (as defined in this RFP) and select a Preferred Proponent to negotiate an Agreement. The proposed initial term of the Agreement includes a transition period and a five year operating period commencing in March 2025 and ending in March 2030, subject to extension for up to two additional five year terms upon renegotiation and mutual agreement. |
