Professional engineering and related consulting services
required to perform electrical, instrumentation and
control (EIC) consulting engineering services for the
Liquid Waste Services Collection Systems for projects
commenced over a three (3) year period and may include
project management, structural, civil, mechanical,
heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
engineering services, SCADA, PLC and related services for
advisory services, preliminary designs, detailed designs,
construction and post-construction engineering services.
It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one or
more agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with up
to three (3) successful Proponents (“Consultants”) under
which the parties may enter into separate contracts from
time to time for Services for specific projects. The Master
Agreement will have a term of three (3) years
