The work includes Consulting Engineering services for the Coquitlam Lake Water Supply Project (CLWSP) - Intake and Tunnel Design (“Design Package E1”) as detailed in Section 00 24 10, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services, Schedules and Appendices contained herein.

For the purposes of this RFP No. 25-333 solicitation, the services will include all project phases including Phase A - Preliminary Design; Phase B - Detailed Design; and Phase C - Procurement services, Engineering Construction Services, Commissioning, and Project Close Out (as defined in the Section 00 24 10). However, only Phase A – Preliminary Design will be initially awarded and the Corporation may award the remaining phases in its sole discretion in accordance with Section 00 50 10.
