Description: 

The work involves stripping the site and pre-loading with imported material to allow for future construction of an energy centre building (by others) as well as survey monitoring of settlement. Prior to the stripping of the energy centre site, construction of a nearby roadway expansion to allow for truck turnaround is required as part of the work. The turnaround will include new paved area and curbs as well as fencing.
