Description: 

The work includes the removal and replacement of existing, deteriorated 2-ply modified bitumen roof assemblies at roof areas 4, 6, and 7 of the Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction scope includes installation of new roofing systems, associated flashings, drains, and related components as shown in the issued-for-construction drawings of the ITT package. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and Metro Vancouver requirements.
