The Corporation is requesting proponents to submit proposals to provide an internet circuit at its Head Office located at Metro Tower III for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for a further two (2) year period subject to mutual agreement. This circuit must be a minimum of 10Gbps (ten gigabits per second) symmetric full duplex internet circuit with unlimited data usage, no proxy traffic, no tunneling traffic and full Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing support. Internet connectivity is crucial to the Corporation’s business so the need for a secondary internet circuit for availability is important. For redundancy purposes, it is the intention of the Corporation to award the contract to two different Proponents. The first circuit will be awarded to the highest ranked Proponent, and the other circuit will be awarded to the second highest ranked Proponent.
