The Corporation’s WMUP has identified thirty-seven (37) sites that require a new water meter or an upgrade to the existing water meters. This program is divided into three separate phases – WMUP #1, WMUP #2, and WMUP #3. Work on the fourteen (14) highest priority sites has either been completed or commenced under WMUP #1. Similarly, work on the next ten (10) highest priority sites has either been completed or commenced under WMUP #2. WMUP #3 consists of the remaining thirteen (13) sites. At the completion of WMUP #3, all thirty-four (37) sites envisaged under the original WMUP will have been completed. The Corporation anticipates this program should be completed over the next 5 years This RFQ intends to shortlist qualified Respondents to respond to a future Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of engineering consulting services for the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Construction and Post Construction phases of WMUP #3.
