The Corporate Safety Division is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide Industrial Hygiene Services on an “as and when required” basis as detailed in the Scope of Work Section 00 24 10, for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, to a maximum term of seven (7) years, which may be exercised in any combination at the sole discretion of the Corporation.

The estimated value of the Industrial Hygiene Services is expected to be ~$50,000 per year. These estimates are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of or commitment of work. The actual volume of services will depend on operational requirements which can be higher or lower than the amount referenced above, and expenditures will be limited to services that are authorized and performed.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to identify and select multiple qualified proponents to deliver services under contract. The Corporation intends to award contracts to two (2) to four (4) proponents; however, the Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award contracts to fewer or more proponents, including a single proponent, based on evaluation results, capacity, pricing, and overall value.

Work will be assigned to the successful proponent(s) on an “as and when required” basis. The allocation of work will be at the sole discretion of the Corporation and may be determined based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Relevant expertise and specialization
• Pricing and overall value
• Availability and capacity
• Past performance and quality of service
• Responsiveness and ability to meet timelines

The Corporation does not guarantee any minimum volume of work to any proponent.

The Corporation reserves the right to separately procure larger or specialized projects (e.g., assignments exceeding $20,000) through alternative procurement processes, at its sole discretion.
