The provision of advisory consulting services will be required from time to time in the following new category (the “Services”):

1. Project Controls and Digitalization Support Services

The Corporation is seeking to retain strategic Advisors (individuals from firms or sole proprietorships) who have provided significant leadership, support and advice for delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects, and in implementing an integrated digitalization strategy to enable data integration among Project Management Information Systems, project controls software, and other financial systems. These Advisors are frequently sought out for their input by federal, provincial, and municipal organizations including Metro Vancouver. The Corporation will retain these Advisors at its sole discretion once they are selected under this RFP. 

It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one or more agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with successful Proponents (“the Consultants”); under which the parties may enter into separate contracts from time to time for Services for specific projects under one or more of the categories. The Master Agreement will have the same term as the other Agreements in place. If Consultants with existing Master Agreements are successful under this reissue, their Agreements may be amended to incorporate the additional categories.
